LCLC Blog-It-All Challenge
Great news! The Lawton Chiles Leadership Corps is very excited to announce the first state wide LCLC Blog-It-All Challenge! Beginning September 1, 2009, LCLC members will have the chance to win (see eligibility and guidelines below) a Dell Mini 10v Notebook. The notebook will be awarded to the LCLC member who posts the most blog posts in September. Additionally, an award will be given to the single LCLC blog post with the most comments by the LCLC community.
Blog post subject matter MUST be related to the Worst to First (WorsttoFirst.org) cause. A great resource of topics can be found on the Florida Indicators page (Click Here). If you need some warm up exercises, check out Brian Ramos blog post on Creative Messaging (Click Here).
LCLC Blog-It-All Challenge Dates:
Tuesday, September 1st through Wednesday, September 30th
Winners will be announced on October 2, 2009
LCLC Blog-It-All Challenge Eligibility:
Must be a member of LCLC.worsttofirst.org
Must have a completed profile on LCLC including Profile Picture
Must have your blog created on the LCLC Social Community site
Must have a minimum of 5 blog post for September to qualify for Dell Mini Notebook
Must have signed a Worst to First Pledge (including valid email address)
LCLC Blog-It-All Challenge Categories
Dell Mini Notebook Challenge > Most Blog Posts by an individual LCLC member (tie breaker will be determined by number of comments)
BestBuy $50 Gift Card Challenge > Most Popular Blog Post (ranked by number of quality comments: author of post comments excluded)
LCLC Blog-It-All Challenge Guidelines:
Remember your blog post isn’t restricted to just words, but must contain your original content. You can upload photos or videos inside your blog with the click of one button. If you haven’t created your blog, now is the time to get it going. We have created a “Creating your LCLC Blog” tutorial which you can access from the LCLC Training Center (Click Here).
