Your kindness, patience and support are appreciated. There are many ways you can transact with us: online, by phone or at our Service Centres.
Did you know that for most transactions you do not need to visit a Service Centre?
1. Payments can be made online.
2. Vehicle transactions can be completed online.
3. Chat with us online if you need help.
4. Call 13 22 81 to do your transaction over the phone.
Waiting times at Service Centres may be longer at the moment. Service Centres are open until 4pm with the last customers served at 3:45pm. To support safety, we are contactless which means we won’t handle your mobile device, paperwork, pens, or other items, where possible.
